The Donut Gallery Diner was bought by Nelson's Father back in the 70s. Now Nelson Zambrano, his wife Ota, and daughter Kaleia carry on the legacy. They have been serving the Village of Key Biscayne for 50 years.

Nelson tells us the story of how it all started and how the Ted Special came into existence.
