Beth talks about how Roehl builds long-lasting partnerships with shippers, and how that figures into Roehl Transport's shipping rates. Beth goes through her Roehl journey - from starting as a van customer service assistant, to moving into a customer service representative role and most recently as a market owner before her position now as the Director of Pricing. Beth also shares that her husband works on Roehl's night support team (he was in a local truck driver job for Roehl before transitioning into a non-driving position).
