Doug Baker is a real estate investor, realtor with copper creek real estate, father, husband, and an all around great person. He bought his first property in 1994 and turned it into a rental in 2003 and he still holds it as a rental today. In 2006 he started acquiring more properties right before the crash. Through the crash he lost all of his holdings besides his first rental. Those were tough times that molded him and brought him some much needed humility. As he was wrapping up his homeschooling years he worked his way back into real estate. He relied heavily on networking and relationship building to build his business. Over the last 7 years he has contracted and closed over 300 properties. More recently  he has expanded into some private lending.  The next steps for him will include helping his church grow, expanding his real estate and investment holdings, traveling with the love of his , and planing for a great retirement.
