From July 23rd-28th, North Carolina Theatre will be presenting a production of the beloved 1977 award-winning musical, ANNIE. I recently had the great pleasure of interviewing actress Karen Ziemba, who is currently getting ready to star as the villainous Miss Hannigan.Karen’s previous Broadway credits include A CHORUS LINE, 42ND STREET, TEDDY & ALICE, CRAZY FOR YOU, CHICAGO, BULLETS OVER BROADWAY, and most recently, PRINCE OF BROADWAY. She has also earned three Tony Award nominations for her performances in STEEL PIER, NEVER GONNA DANCE, and CURTAINS as well as a win in the year 2000 for CONTACT.
