In response to the heightened security situation, the Ministry of Aliya and Integration has expanded the hours of the support  hotline for new immigrants that it operates in cooperation with the emotional first aid organization ERAN. The hotline, whose number is *3201, provides psychological assistance in five languages: Russian, Amharic, English, French and Spanish.
