Our second season of ‘Wellness for Life’ podcast opens with an exciting topic about big career changes. At the beginning of the year many of us reflect and assess our life accomplishments and set new goals. For a lot of people that comes with a realization that they would like to do something else in life, so the beginning of the year often marks a major shift in a career path. Today we will be speaking with Liz Griffin, a social justice leadership coach and mentor, honorary professor, and consultant to non-profit organizations. Liz spent 25 years as a leader working in social justice spaces in Africa, Asia, the Americas, and Europe in tough conditions, including emergencies and war. She worked for the UN, NGOs as an academic, rising to the level of full professor of international humas rights law.
