Listen "The Swimmer's Body illusion- Cognitive Bias"
Episode Synopsis
This is from the book 'The Art of Thinking Clearly' By Rolf Dobelli. This is a cognitive bias called as swimmer's body illusion. The illusion is the confusion of selection factors with results. The idea is to make sure that we recognize that the result is often more a matter of selection than the effort. The “swimmer's body illusion” occurs when we confuse selection factors with results.
