Emma Louise Thompson has been focusing on updates for the KAIROS 2 PRO Jiu Jitsu Grand Prix and very much preparing herself for competing. Emma's approach is to take each match as it comes, of which there are many. She started out with competitive Judo at age fourteen and has continued her growth in martial arts, testing herself through the ranks to now, as a Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Emma favours the Gi from her Judo background, and she is very excited for the coin flip decision on KAIROS 2 were she may end up with No Gi matches. She has been training martial arts for 21 years, and has developed a mindset of hard work and resilience.
