The organization offers a range of support services to assist autistic children, their families, and other caregivers. These services comprise speech language therapy and two play-based programmes: Pediatric Autism Communication Therapy (PACT) and the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM). The organization adopts a learning approach that involves integrating educational activities into daily routines, thereby equipping parents and educators with the necessary skills to apply these strategies in everyday situations.
Although the ESDM was initially developed overseas, the organization has modified the program to align with the requirements of their community. The modifications are based on their own published research and guidance from an advisory group comprising members of the Aotearoa autistic and autism communities.
