Episode Synopsis "Decoding Kashmir to Kanyakumari world record-breaking ride with Adil Teli"

Adil Teli, a 23 year cyclist from Kashmir, set up a world record by completing a bicycle ride from Kashmir to Kanyakumri (3600 km) in just 8 days 1 hour 37 minutes. Adil broke the previous record by almost 6 hours, a feat that was always part of the plan. Adil is also known for riding bicycle from Kashmir to Leh (440km) non-stop for more than 26 hours. During his K2K ride, Teli came across multiple challenges – from terrible weather conditions to an injured knee to mental fatigue. Despite all these challenges, Adil ensured he rode for no less than 18-20 hours daily and slept for only 2 hours daily. Adil describes how he decided to challenge the world record and make his parents proud. Adil is the most humble person I have ever come across and credits his success to his parents, the people of Jammu & Kashmir, and the entire country. Adil is currently resting it out and is recovering as his knees were swollen. Adil is now preparing for a new world record, which is still a work in progress and will be shared with everyone in the coming months. _______________________________________ADIL TELI: @adilteliofficial https://www.instagram.com/adilteliofficial/ _______________________________________justPARV: INSTAGRAM: @parvbansal18 https://www.instagram.com/parvbansal18/ LINKEDIN: @bansalparv https://www.linkedin.com/in/bansalparv/ VIDEO EDIT: @thecreativepix https://www.instagram.com/thecreativepix/ MUSIC FROM UPPBEAT: https://uppbeat.io/t/giulio-fazio/swingamajig
