The key to not letting negative stress consume you like a gator and Florida Man. Is to acknowledge that you are stressed. You must then take inventory of it. This means writing it down in a journal. I personally do not write. But instead I podcast it and write down here in the description.(hypocritical or not?) Focus on why they stress you out.
Is your dirty environment doing it? Are the obligations you are putting off doing it? Is your boss? Is it your work? Is it finances? Is it your attitude? Ask yourself why. Then confront what it is.
It is ok to steer off track and lose focus. We are human. But once you realize you are off track of your goals or thoughts. You must bring yourself back and correct course.
