Here are some of my basic thoughts on the government monetarily bailing us out in this time of economic crisis.

I should have specified that central banks don't control all interest rates; it's just that all others are set based off of those of central banks. What I was saying here is counter-intuitive and unfinished (as in the average person would need more background), so just focus on the take away, which is that people don't have savings and that market signals were and are being manipulated.
