In this episode, we’re just talkin’ blues with the Melbourne Blues Appreciation Society. Since its founding in 1990, the Society has been dedicated to supporting blues artists, nurturing young talent, and building a strong community for blues fans. Through events, youth and women’s programs, and various initiatives, they remain deeply connected to Melbourne’s local blues scene. While promoting the blues comes with its challenges, the Society has adapted by embracing tools like live streaming and newsletters.
