The alarm goes off, you have to wake up to get ready for work, get the kids up to get them ready for school, choose your outfit for the day, eat some breakfast, dah dah dah. I’m just giving you a scenario even though for some this is exactly how your morning goes. Your day is busy as soon as you awake not even getting a chance to tune-in with oneself. Taking a second for mediation or prayer to get your mind right for the day. Set your ear to the frequency of what God is saying for today and allow Him to use you. He is speaking, just tune-in.
