What is your specialty? Meaning what are you an expert in? If you don’t know, do an assessment on yourself and see what you’re really good at. When you figure out what you are good at take it to the level. Get a mentor, read and study books about that particular subject, go to seminars, practice and rehearse, be the best in your field. Those who specialize are the ones who make a fortune. (Comedy – Kevin Hart, Basketball – Kobe Bryant, Football – Tom Brady, TV Network – Oprah Winfrey…)
