Thank you for listening to my show this episode is about training.  Specifically my plans to train for an Ironman Triathlon, the new team spot I've landed and how it all relates back to business.  A good business plan takes focus, consistency, mental strength and a truck load of struggle.  All the same is true for a fitness training plan, you will have to stick to it everyday.
