Mia is a global director of talent management, responsible for hiring and development across seven countries. Her journey here started when she realized she was being underpaid by tens of thousands of dollars per year, and led her to develop the $30k Program. It's goal is to help women get out of their underpaying jobs and into careers that they love and will pay they like they're valued.
