A show that acknowledges no one is always an expert, by dispelling misconceptions with real experts.  My guest today is Dr. Tom Ingegno. Tom is a super fun guy with over two decades of experience in various medical practices that date  back thousands of years. We talk about all the classic East Asian Medicine practices a little, but I was fascinated coming into this with the  practice of cupping. I had no idea it was something you could do at home for really cheap while still being effective. Having literally written the book on cupping, Tom set me straight and even steered me to buy a set of my own. I love them and have found incredible relief in a way I never imagined possible.
