Her clients include Fortune 50 companies, high-tech start-ups, large hospital systems, boutique consulting firms, and private equity portfolio companies.Recognized as an expert on governance and executive leadership, Constance has been interviewed by National Public Radio, The Wall Street Journal, and Chief Executive. She writes for Harvard Business Review and Forbes and is the author of two books on executive coaching. Constance received her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina - Asheville. Her M.A. and Ph.D. are from Georgia State University, where she studied psychology and decision science. She enjoys travel, cooking, and exploring the history of cuisines around the world, and has an inexplicable fascination with boxing.
