He designs and teaches real estate appraisal classes at the university and corporate levels. His extensive studies have allowed him to obtain the Appraisal Institutes designation of MAI, the Appraisal Institutes AI-GRS review designation and has been placed on the AI Green Registry for Residential and Commercial Green/High Performance property valuation. Our goal is to provide those that we serve, a better understanding of the real appraisal process and how it applies in their lives. #justasktheappraiser
