This summer, we were lucky enough to have a conversation with Hailey Willis - who choreographed the Dance Force opening number at Believe Nationals. Hailey has had a unique experience starting with the Ohio State Dance Team and then transforming with Tribe 99 - a dance company which helps connect dancers and coaches from around the world. She gives all of us some tips and tricks to think about when going into an audition room, and tells us how dance has changed her life.
