So often I beat myself up because I don't have this passionate, gushy type of love for God or my neighbors! In fact, at times I'm even upset at one or both. This has really played havoc in my relationship with God at times. Often, I've felt like I've missed out on something and I'm a failed Christian. That is until I started praying daily and began reading Christian works from leaders, pastors and others that have spent their lives serving God.
