Sorry if this is annoying to listen to but I was very passionate about the topic haha
I can't stand this panic buying. This is not the end of the world and even if it was, how would it help you to buy everything. In what circumstance is it ok and reasonable to go and buy coca cola bottles full of petrol, or to fight over toilet paper, yell at supermarket staff because there are gaps on the shelves and why didn't they report in the news about the shortage of bottled water in stores? I would have thought that was newsworthy as well... but I guess not.
There are a lot of outlets creating fear and panic and it's not ok. People need to take a breathe and relax because emotions are starting to bubble up and people are getting aggravated, frustrated, aggressive and obnoxiously opinionated and it's not going to lead to anything good. Lets have some peace, kindness and understanding please. Haven't we learnt anything from Covid???
