Episode Synopsis
First, The plaintiff is a choreographer and owns his own dance company. He hired the defendant to film a concept video, but he claims the defendant couldn’t get the permits in time. He’s suing for breach of contract, harassment, and emotional distress. The defendant argues she tried getting the permits, but she would have been required to hire security if the plaintiff wanted to dance in the street. She says that cost that wasn’t in the budget. She’s countersuing for defamation of character.
Plus, The plaintiff brings her niece to court and says she can be a troublemaker. The plaintiff took care of the defendant’s children, but the defendant never paid her for what she was due, so she’s suing for unpaid wages. The defendant argues her aunt can be disrespectful and rude. She thinks the plaintiff is being sued for more than she owes.
