First, The plaintiff rented a room in the defendant’s apartment. Their relationship went downhill after the plaintiff caught the defendant shooting a porno in their home. The plaintiff says he gave the defendant a loan to help with rent, but he has yet to be repaid, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant insists she told the plaintiff she couldn’t pay back the loan, and she is countersuing for harassment.

Then, The plaintiff and defendant used to date, and they share a child. The plaintiff claims the defendant illegally withheld the title of her car after their breakup, so she’s suing. The defendant insists he withheld the title because the plaintiff won’t allow him to see his child.
