First, The plaintiff has been friends with the defendant for 20 years. She says the defendant posted the plaintiff’s personal information on social media. She’s suing for defamation of character. The defendant is countersuing for a refund on a trip.



Then, The plaintiff says he rented a home to the defendants. He claims they were always late on rent and then stopped paying altogether, so he’s suing. The defendants say the plaintiff is a pervert who used to barge in on them when they were naked



Plus, The plaintiff says her mother’s husband had an affair with the defendant’s mother. While the plaintiff’s mother said this man wasn’t her father, she believes he might be her biological dad and also the defendant’s. She’s petitioning the court for a DNA test. The defendant says he’s eager to learn the truth as well.
