She is an author, speaker, and psychologist of Asian descent who specializes in perinatal mental health as well as Asian mental health. She is the founder of the Asian Gold Ribbon campaign. Our conversation discusses her #momboss journey and her current journey in spreading awareness through her nonprofit organization and personal growth. We discuss topics from postpartum to Asian hate.
