A slightly different episode today. I wanted to talk more about the leadership landscape and the focus on PT and praise Miata's growth. She has done a ton of work and it's showing in how she is adapting to the culture here. We are so proud that we have received the best training out there that was necessary for helping to build us up to the point we are both at now. None of what we have been able to accomplish would be possible without the training we have received. Our progress proves we have been coached and mentored by the absolute BEST!
