Our mind are libraries. They capture stories about life, and create stories from circumstances. Those stories can hep us or hurt us, depending on how we write them and use them. That's why the greatest battle is not with other people, but with our own minds. Most of the battles in our life are won/lost first in our minds. The emotional struggles so prevalent in today's culture (anger, anxiety, depressions, etc.) are Mind Wars. Jesus knew that - and it's why He taught in stories to change our thinking.
