Stevee-Rayne Warren is the Program Manager for the New Orleans Video Access Center. Based in New Orleans and Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the initiative celebrated 50 years of transformational service and training to new filmmakers on projects with Warner Bros., Netflix, Apple TV+, and more all across the United States. Today Stevee shares a wealth of stories spanning her onset film knowledge,  understanding of shifting business models at the studio level, and her passion for community building in the cinematic space.
