Send us a textIt's not enough to pray, you have to develop your relationship with God.  And the first step in doing that is understanding that God’s not interested in being your sidekick, and He is certainly not a magic talisman.  He’s not some supernatural power that you can manipulate at your own will and for your own purposes.  This is not “the Force” from Star Wars.  The whole principle of Star Wars is “use the force,” which, by the way, is why it can be used for good and evil, because it’s just a tool.  God’s the opposite.
