We are in a series describing what it means to be a kingdom citizen! The Sermon on the Mount was preached by Jesus to describe what it looks like to follow him with total, unashamed abandonment of our desires and wants. Instead, we pick up our cross and follow him!

Today's message describes the practice of fasting! What is it? How does it benefit the child of God as they seek to grow in their faith and follow Jesus?
