A light-hearted song, Believe it or not, at this time in my song writing, I was often inspired by popular song titles, to write some of my better lyrics. This one was inspired by "In My Room" by Brian Wilson (of The Beach Boys). Just the title, the lyrics are obviously something different). You might also notice one or two allusions to the real world in the song, John Wayne, Superman, Valentino. One allusion you might not place is that New York was called New Amsterdam until 1660 (approx), it was originally founded by Dutch Traders. I must have read it somewhere, and it fitted in with the rhyme and rythm perfectly!
I used an audio clip to allow SUNO to clone my voice and use the original melodies, at least early on. The AI soon developed and improved on them.
