Yesterday, a U.S. appeals court agreed to pause a lower court order requiring the Trump administration to provide “due process” to hundreds of Venezuelan migrants deported from the U.S. to El Salvador under the 1798 Alien Enemies Act. This is a big victory for the Trump administration.
