When you work in film production, you get to meet very many professions at once. During my two seasons at Black Sails in Cape Town I had the pleasure to interact with all departments, from costumes to set design, from make up to transport. Hamish was hired from the UK to be the Armourer and Sword Master on the TV series. Fascinating job, and a vocational one, like Hamish will tell you.
