Welcome to a new episode of Job Tales. Today I want to talk about fragrance, flavors and perfumes. Corinne Monod is a Fragrance development Manager at one of the world’s largest fragrance and taste companies. A lot of things in our every day life - things we eat, smell or wear - are enhanced with highly engineered fragrances : not only perfumes, but also food, drinks, household cleaning products, even animal products like cat litters.Working in this field is being like a sommelier of fragrances. I thank Corinne for her contribution to Job Tales. Definitely a job you won't come across very often.
