Hace exactamente una semana compartí un post titulado ¨Cuando descubrí mi amor por ti¨: pero desgraciadamente no ha sido una publicación valida para el concurso, dado que omití publicar en la comunidad de ¨LovingHIVE¨: , lo cierto es que no utilizo mucho la ¨dapps¨ de ¨InLeo¨ y se me paso establecer la comunidad; básicamente lo que comento en el post es como me inicie en nuestra compañía y aquellas cosas que hicieron que me enamore de #Hive

En el video verán una filmación que hice en la ¨Ciudad¨ de ¨Buenos¨ ¨Aires¨ en nuestra primera reunión de amigos, mientras les voy relatando algunas de las tantas cosas que me ha enamorado de nuestra compañía, digo una de las tantas cosas, dado que hace ocho años que estoy aquí, y a medida que pasa el tiempo vas descubriendo más cosas que te enamora de nuestra empresa. Haber iniciado en otras compañías de la ¨web 2¨ me sirvió de experiencia, y al integrarme a #Hive automáticamente vi la gran diferencia que hay al pertenecer a la ¨web3¨. Una de esas cosas que hacen una enorme diferencia son las comunidades, esto ha sido una gran idea, ya que al escoger una que vaya bien con los contenidos que acostumbras publicar, estas compartiendo tu post con personas que tienen gustos similares a los tuyos. Otra cosa que hizo que me enamorara de nuestra compañía son la enorme cantidad de ¨daps¨ que uno puede optar al momento de compartir su contenido, lo más interesante de esto, es que se abre un enorme abanico de posibilidades, dado que aquí no solo hay espacio para una persona que crea ¨contenido¨.

Having started in other “web 2” companies was a great experience for me, and when I joined #Hive I automatically saw the huge difference that there is when belonging to the “web 3”. One of those things that make a huge difference are the communities, this has been a great idea, since by choosing one that goes well with the content you usually publish, you are sharing your post with people who have similar tastes to yours. Another thing that made me fall in love with our company is the huge amount of “daps” that one can choose when sharing their content, the most interesting thing about this is that it opens up a huge range of possibilities, since here there is not only room for one person who creates “content”.

Estaría mintiendo si no mencionara que una de las cosas que me cautivo han sido las ¨compensaciones¨, todos sabemos que una de las cualidades de nuestra empresa es la ¨monetización¨ de nuestro ¨contenido¨, pero lo más interesante se presenta al momento en que puedes obtener ¨ganancias¨¨pasivas¨, ya que existen comunidades que tienen sus propios ¨Tokens¨, y con el simple hecho de incorporar el tag en tu post estas obteniendo una ¨ganancia¨¨extra¨

I would be lying if I didn't mention that one of the things that captivated me has been the "compensations", we all know that one of the qualities of our company is the "monetization" of our "content", but the most interesting thing is when you can obtain "passive" "profits", since there are communities that have their own "Tokens", and by simply incorporating the tag in your post you are obtaining an extra "profit"

Algo que siempre destaco cada vez que tengo la oportunidad de dar a conocer las cosas positivas que tiene #hive, y es la calidad humana que hay en las personas que hacen vida en nuestra empresa, y son las personas que hacen la diferencia entre las diferentes compañías que uno puede acceder en la web. Esta es otra de las tantas cosas que me enamoro de #Hive, ya que al llegar a la compañía ni siquiera tenía un mínimo de conocimiento de como publicar, y han sido las personas que me han enseñado y ayudaron a que pueda salir adelante, sin ellos no hubieran llegado hasta acá. Mi amor por #Hive se terminó de consolidar y fidelizar en nuestra primera reunión de amigos aquí en Argentina, haber conocidos a muchas personas personalmente, y entablar una amistad hace que mi amor perdure y se agigante con el paso de los años

Something that I always highlight every time I have the opportunity to make known the positive things that #hive has, and it is the human quality that there is in the people who make life in our company, and they are the people who make the difference between the different companies that one can access on the web. This is another of the many things that I fell in love with about #Hive, since when I arrived at the company I did not even have a minimum knowledge of how to publish, and they have been the people who have taught me and helped me to be able to get ahead, without them I would not have come this far. My love for #Hive was finally consolidated and strengthened at our first meeting of friends here in Argentina. Having met many people in person and establishing a friendship makes my love endure and grow over the years
