NEP 2020 is the first of its kind public document that has seen community level participation in its making. 
The document effects a 360 degree change in the education system of the country to align it with the needs, current and future, of all the stake holders: Students, Parents, Teachers, Government, Business & Industry and the National Economy.
It does away with the centuries old colonial system of education which saw only incremental changes after independence.
