A trending topic is to create a list of INs and OUTs for your new year instead of the traditional New Year's Resolutions. Do you participate in this trend? Want to know more about how to do it and actually succeed??
It's one thing to make resolutions, ins or out; but implementing them can actually be really difficult. After doing my annual life audit that Mel Robbins outlines on her podcast . I realize that sometimes, I need to remove things from my life and not actually add anything. I've also realized that having a list of intentions can be overwhelming and that implementing them quarterly can be really beneficial and actually, may in fact, help you succeed in meeting your goals for the year.
In this episode I am giving you a quick and dirty look at my Ins and Outs for 2025 and which ones I'm focusing on for Quarter 1.
