Hello Everyone!! I have ghosted ya'll for the past two months and I wanted to come on today to tell you, I'm still here.

I had my third baby in July 2024 and life's priorities have shifted one again.

The whole purpose of this podcast is to show that life changes after becoming a mama and it can be hard, and good and beautiful all at the same time.

It can birth something new in us as individuals and can drive us to our greatest purpose.

I cant wait to unpack this postpartum life with you all and demonstrate, in real time, finding my new passions and values.
