In today's episode, Elizabeth and I discuss my addiction to my cell phone.
I started challenging myself to put my phone away from the time I get off work until the time my kids are in bed.
I want to see if I am happier and less agitated. I want to see if I am more engaged.
I am tired of my phone taking priority over what precious little time I get to have with my children.
You may not struggle with your phone, but maybe there is another area of your life in which you challenge yourself.
