Esperaré a mi compañero @enma2020 para que me explique mejor la técnica del "geinger". Después de varios intentos, traté de ejecutar un "supra 540", que es mi único truco avanzado por ahora, pero no logré hacerlo salir. Reflexionando sobre mis intentos, me di cuenta de que no miro la barra mientras ejecuto los movimientos; simplemente dejo que mis manos actúen por inercia.
Luego, me propuse dominar el "swing 720", mi truco favorito y el que siempre he deseado lograr desde que comencé con la calistenia. Estoy muy cerca de conseguirlo, y cuando lo logre, ¡seré muy feliz!

Today I bring you a video in which I perform some basic freestyle combos. I'm looking forward to incorporate the geinger back into my combos, but first I need to get the technique back.
I'll wait for my partner @enma2020 to explain the geinger technique better. After several attempts, I tried to execute a "supra 540", which is my only advanced trick for now, but I failed to make it come out. Reflecting on my attempts, I realized that I don't look at the bar while executing the moves; I simply let my hands act by inertia.
Next, I set out to master the "720 swing," my favorite trick and the one I've always wanted to achieve since I started calisthenics. I'm very close to achieving it, and when I do, I'll be very happy!
