Episode Synopsis
Before joining the Flight, Coach Menas was the head coach at Oakland University. During his time at Oakland University, the program went 23-1 and won the NFCA National Championship in 2016. For his efforts that season, Menas was named the NFCA Coach of the Year.
Menas was also the defensive line coach when the Toronto Argonauts won the Grey Cup Championship in 2004. Prior to his coaching career Menas played collegiality at Kansas State University and went on to play for the Detroit Lions.
