With the recent rise in crime across the country, a fairly significant issue continues to become a problem in the metro area. A backlog of DNA testing cases has several law entities asking the State Legislature for additional funding to increase testing at the state's crime lab. Among those asking is Ramsey County Attorney John Choi. He tells us what he's hoping for, as well as how he's personally getting involved in helping out.
