Listen "Did We Overrate Zion Williamson"
Episode Synopsis
4 year pro and former high school sensation, Zion Williamson, received UNREAL levels of praise and nationwide attention during his school and college days. Even at age 16, he was ALREADY being labeled as the next LeBron. With his 6’6 height, almost 300 pound body, and FORTY FIVE inch VERTICAL, he was IMPOSSIBLE to miss on his journey to becoming a pro. Once he got to the league though, despite averaging at least 22 points and 6 rebounds every season, for some reason his name isn’t ringing the bells that most of us thought it would. Has Zion failed to perform at the NBA level we expected him to? Or, is the fact he’s played 30+ games in just 2 of his 4 pro seasons overshadowing his success and the reason he’s no longer seen as the future face of the league? Let’s find out. #jdebates #nba #nbabasketball
