Ian McCready Ian McCready was a former video game addict, gaming 12 to 14 hours a day before he quit games and founded Selfctrl, a non-profit ministry focused on helping people build self-control and redeem their time from technology. He has led speaking events and in-depth workshops for students of all ages, parents, young professionals, and churches. Ian lives in Northwest Arkansas with his wife and two children.
