Chad Eppley is a teacher & Head Football Coach at Northridge High School in Middlebury, Indiana. He describes his experience playing college football at the University of Indianapolis, playing along the offensive line. He recalls being hired to his position at 26 years old and the challenges of being a young coach. He describes what it’s like to coach a game at Lucas Oil Stadium after leading Northridge to the Class 4A State Championship Game in 2021. He accomplished this playoff surge after a 5-4 regular season. Chad also describes the process of being hired as a teacher, teaching geometry and algebra to his students.
