Listen "Black Lives Matter"
Episode Synopsis
In light of current national events, we’ve decided to not release an episode for the month of June. As jazz musicians and members of the jazz community, we owe our careers, our music, and a huge part of our identities to an art form borne out of the immeasurable suffering and oppression that the Black American community faced for centuries and continues to face today.
We stand with the Black community and pledge to continue to do so even after the news cycle forgets. If you’re looking for ways to support and contribute, there’s a list of excellent organizations on our Facebook page. Please consider donating if you are able. Because Black Lives Matter.
