She founded the Scholarship Program at Debbie Reynolds Studio, built TMilly Studio alongside owner, Tim Milgram, and currently serves as director and producer of LA Establishment and MSA Educate Programming.While working alongside Julie McDonald and Tony Selznick, Erin thoughtfully crafts programming for MSA Educate using extensive knowledge from her career in dance, choreography, education, production and as an agent, while keeping in mind the current needs of the entertainment industry and dance community. She is proud to represent the best educators in the industry, and impact artists all over the world.Alumni from programming under Erin’s direction have gone on to tour and perform with artists such as Beyonce, Drake, Megan Thee Stallion, Pharrell, Diddy, Chance the Rapper, Quavo, Dua Lipa, Camila Cabello, Anderson Paak, Lizzo, Doja Cat, Becky G, Halsey, Katy Perry, Janelle Monae, Gwen Stefani, Saweetie, and FloRida, as well as dance in commercials and on industrials for brands such as Target, Disney, Pepsi, Lululemon, Reebok and Adidas and on major network television shows and events including the Oscars, the AMA’s, the Grammy’s, the Primetime Emmy Awards, the MTV Movie Awards, the Latin AMA’s, the BET Awards, Encanto Live and Hairspray Live on NBC.
