Martha Lane Fox, Baroness Lane-Fox of Soho, joins Tanya to talk about her pioneering career in digital; from the earliest days of the dot.com boom when she co-founded Lastminute.com in 1998; through her work as government Digital Champion from 2009-2013, spearheading the digitisation of government and the launch of gov.uk; the establishment of her responsible tech charity doteveryone which ran from 2015-2020 and finally, to her current role as Chair of the House of Lords Covid-19 Committee, which is looking at the long-term implications of the COVID-19 pandemic on the economic and social wellbeing of the United Kingdom.
